Enquiries and confirmation
Website content and messages are invitations to enquire, not automatic confirmations. A booking is confirmed only when availability, inclusions, price, payment requirement and cancellation terms have been sent in writing and the stated acceptance steps are completed.
Prices, deposits and payment
Prices can change with date, group size, supplier, transport and requested inclusions. The valid amount is the one stated in the current written proposal. Deposits or full payment may be required; payment instructions and any non-refundable component must be understood before payment.
Accurate guest information
Guests must provide correct names, contact details, ages where relevant, pickup information, luggage, dietary requirements, medical or mobility concerns and any facts that affect suitability. Delays or extra costs caused by incomplete information may require a revised plan.
Activities, safety and conduct
Guests must follow guides, briefings, age or ability rules and equipment instructions. Alcohol, unsafe conduct or refusal to follow safety directions may result in an activity being changed or stopped without creating an automatic refund entitlement.
Transport and timing
Pickup points and times are confirmed in writing. Guests should be ready at the agreed location and allow for traffic, access restrictions and road conditions. Late arrival can reduce or prevent an experience when suppliers cannot extend the operating window.
Third-party providers and changes
Some transport, activities, venues and accommodation may be delivered by local providers. Operational changes can be required for weather, safety, availability or events beyond reasonable control. Where possible, a suitable adjustment, rescheduling option or applicable refund position will be explained.
Liability and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted, responsibility is limited to the service and amount directly concerned, and does not cover indirect losses or personal travel arrangements outside the confirmed booking.
